Holladay Distillery home of McCormick Distilling In Weston, Missouri, you will find the oldest distillery west of the Mississippi still located on its original site. The Holladay Distillery has been in business since 1856 when it was founded by a man named Ben Holladay. Over the years, the name of the distillery has changed a handful of times - Blue Springs Distillery, Barton & Holladay, Old Weston Distilling Co, and McCormick Distilling Co., but the quality of the spirit production remains tried and true. In 2015, the distillery site was renamed in honor of its founder. Since then, the Holladay Distillery has released Ben Holladay Bourbon and Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bourbon with both expressions also sold at Rickhouse Proof and in One Barrel Bourbon selections. The Holladay Distillery is also home to other premium brands such as 360 Vodka, Broker's Gin, Five Farms Irish Cream, Hussong's Tequila, and Tequila Rose. The distillery employs approximately 200 people and products are sold globally in 180 countries.
