Founded in 2015, Hard Truth Distilling Co. has grown from a small operation in the upper rooms of a pizza restaurant to an 18,000 square foot state-of-the-art distillery featuring Vendome Copper & Brass Works equipment in the rolling hills of Nashville, IN. Hard Truth lives on a 325-acre wooded campus in Brown County - an artists colony and tourist destination known for its natural beauty, we host over 400K+ visitors annually. Hard Truth was named the #1 Top Destination Distillery by Distillery Trail in 2022.  

Hard Truth is becoming widely recognized for Pioneering our Award-Winning Grain-to-Glass Sweet Mash Whiskey's by Master Distiller Bryan Smith. Every batch of Hard Truth whiskey begins with entirely fresh ingredients, known as the Sweet Mash process.
